When the rubber lining is damaged, how to repair it?
- First, check the machine thoroughly to make sure that it needs to be repaired.
- Then start the surface treatment and clean up the damaged rubber lining.Make sure the metal parts have original luster, the rubber lining edge has a certain roughness, the weld line is smooth.
- Mix rubber material strictly as required.
- Repair the substrate with a silt repair material, and then repair the original rubber lining. Make sure that the repaired part is integrated with the original part.
- The repaired rubber liner is protected with fluid material.
- Repair thoroughly and solidify the coating.
For small areas of repair, you can put a blanket liner on the table, apply a few scratches of ginger to it, and expose it to sunlight for two to three hours.
